To ensure the fun and safety of our play groups, we separate our pups first by size, then temperament. We evaluate behaviors and energy-levels to rotate pups into groups they will play best in. Our staff may also provide quiet time if they sense pups are over-stimulated or need to recoup.

Our facility is cleaned daily using pet-safe formulas.

Our bedding, bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

We perform “nose to toes” inspections on every pup to ensure everyone is healthy and happy.

Our A/C system is equipped with top of the line Indoor Air Quality system that filters and clears the air of bacteria, allergens, mold, and some viruses.

Our water system contains ultra-violet light filters for purification.

Our facility is staffed 24/7, including an on-site night manager to ensure your pups are always safe and attended to.

Our staff is CPR and Animal First-Aid certified.

We’ll keep you updated on how much fun your pup is having through a daily report card. You can review your pups’ photos, who they played with that day, and any activities they participated in through our pet-parent portal.
