We’re family-owned and personally involved from the first phone call through every stay. Our 11,000 sq ft facility has indoor and fully turfed outdoor play yards — and parents tell us we’re the cleanest place they’ve used, with dogs that come home happy, tired, and well cared for.

You’ll need your contact info and an emergency contact; your dog’s name, breed, age, and weight; current vaccine records (upload in the portal or email records@zoomiestx.com); and any behavioral or medical notes we should know. New dogs also complete a short meet-and-greet so we can make sure it’s a great fit.
We require current rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella vaccines. You can upload records in the client portal or email them to records@zoomiestx.com.

Yes — and we love them. Every new pup does a short, low-pressure meet-and-greet before their first full stay. It’s the best way for us to get to know your dog and for you to see the facility. Ask us about a complimentary first daycare day for new clients.
We separate play groups first by size, then by temperament and energy. “Littles” and “Bigs” help us match dogs to the group where they’ll play safest and happiest — we’ll place your pup during the meet-and-greet.
Yes. All-day group play daycare is included with every boarding stay — no extra daycare fee.
That’s peak play and rest time. We don’t do drop-offs, pick-ups, or appointments 11 AM–3 PM Monday–Friday or 10 AM–4 PM Saturday–Sunday so the dogs can settle into a calm routine. Download our full hours PDF to keep on the fridge.

Yes. We evaluate each dog individually. Many of our regulars are seniors or have specific needs — we just want to make sure the environment is a good fit for them. Ask us when you book the meet-and-greet.
Yes — we encourage it. Keeping meals consistent with what your dog eats at home helps reduce stress and makes them feel more comfortable during their stay. Bring labeled food and any feeding instructions when you drop off.
We have full video surveillance and alarm systems for the safety and security of the facility and the dogs. For privacy and liability reasons (we have team members under 18), we do not offer live client camera access. You’ll still get daily report cards and photos through the pet-parent portal.
Yes. We offer 15-minute walks and 15-minute enrichment sessions (belly rubs, treat puzzles, private play with a toy of choice) for $15 each. You can also add treats like a Kong, pup cup, or ice cream at booking.
Yes. You earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed toward future daycare and boarding stays.
During holidays, daycare is available on a day-to-day basis based on capacity. Please contact us the night before or morning of to confirm your dog can come.
Sundays include a $15 service fee for daycare and for boarding drop-off or pick-up. Boarding check-out is in the morning; if you miss the morning window, afternoon check-out is $25. Add-ons like walks and treats are optional.
